In 10 Years I will be....

Of course, it is not an easy task to imagine oneself ten years into the future, considering the very many things that, between now and then, could influence my decisions and overall long-term ambitions. Until recently, I admit I had not put a great deal of thought into the ˜future', in this context the ˜future' commencing once my academic life, the one I am familiar with, ends, and my professional life begins. So ask me where and what I will be in ten years time, and I suppose I will not have a satisfactory answer, aside from the obvious ones, such as being comfortably wealthy and healthy, both in body and in mind. However, I have come to realize that to get somewhere in life, a predetermined path has to be planned out and then, the task of how to get there.

I plan to graduate from school in about one year from now. I am currently a part time student at Suffolk University. About a year ago, I was an undergraduate student at Boston University, pursuing a major in Mechanical Engineering. After completing s few in-dept courses, I decided that it was not what I really wanted to do as it involved not only a huge commitment, but also a passion. Therefore, I enrolled in Suffolk as a part time student and am waiting to gain admission and to transfer all my credits into a business school such as Bentley College, Babson or maybe even Suffolk.

After graduation, and after attempting to get my CFA, I have the intentions to apply for a job in the financial world, here in the east coast. If things don't go to well, and a recession is still in sight, I will then look for a job in Europe or Asia, hopefully with an intermediary office between countries, as I am fluent in a number of languages. After working for about 3-4 years, I plan to continue with my education, pursuing a post-graduate degree, maybe in telecommunications.

Once I have achieved all that I have mentioned, I will then return home to my country.

When any person thinks about his future, he would imagine himself having children and a beautiful wife. This is what most people think and imagine. People try to think about good things, but they do not put worst things in front of them. This situation is normal and it is good. But people have to put the worst things also in their future in order to know how to deal with them as I imagine my life, I can see good thing and bad things. I can visualize my life in ten years as a company manger, single man, and a traveler.In ten years I will be a very successful company manager who tries his best to be the best and become famous. I will try my best in order to make big deals with huge companies. Now I am planning to study business at the American University of Iraq. In four years, I will graduate and I am looking forward to start my own business or establish a sports company. I want to start a big business in sports. For example, make big deals with big companies such as Nike, Adidas and Puma. Furthermore, I want to be a famous in my country. I want to be famous in order to get people trust and try my best to help people who need help. In many countries famous people help others, so I want to be like them and help people who really need me.
